The energy saving funded program “Eksoikonomo – Aftonomo” motivates homeowners to improve the energy efficiency of their home, save money and energy. The requirements for the inclusion of a property in the program are its legality, its use as a main residence and its energy classification according to the Energy Performance Certificate in a category lower than or equal to “C”.
