The purpose of the Digital Building Identity is to control the legal documents of each building, to record in detail its current condition, as well as to monitor and control of its changes.
In order to hand down every property an electronic building ID and the certificate of completeness is necessary.
Documents required to complete the electronic building ID:
- Assigning the engineer to carry out the certificate
- Building permits (documents and blueprints)
- Legalization of illegal structures (documents and blueprints)
- Property title deed (contracts, plans, percentage chart)
- Property boundaries registry (cadastre)
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Copies of bills (electricity, water, gas)
